"We Love You, Weegle" is an experimental AI film that explores how marketing toward children can impact their lived experiences.

This short was created as a part of an AI+Creative Filmmaking Design Hackathon hosted by the Nebraska Technology and Governance Center, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Student Organization Cinema 16, and Johnny Carson Center for Emerging Media Arts Professors Ash Eliza Smith, Robert Twomey, and Dan Novy.

"We Love You, Weegle" utilizes the following AI tools: Midjourney, Runway Gen 1, and Runway Frame Interpolation.

Winner of Audience Choice Award and Most Experimental Award.
